Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we aim to provide you with as much information and assistance as we are able - both in-store and online.

Our Return & Refund Policies are different based on whether you purchased online or in-store.

 

ONLINE Purchases & Returns

Before you purchase:

  • We aim to provide accurate imagery and information to best represent all of the products on our website. 
  • We receive product content such as images, descriptions, and sizing/dimensions from our suppliers, who also aim to be as accurate as possible. 
  • Please be aware that photography can be stylised or edited in such a way that may not be exactly representative of the product, particularly when displaying colour.
  • Please be aware that different screens can impact how colours are displayed.
  • If you have any further questions about a particular item, please contact us and we will happily assist you. 

Sale / Discounted Items:

  • Sale / discounted items purchased online may be exchanged for another item or for store credit.
  • We do not give refunds on sale items unless they are faulty.
  • On occasion we may discount an item due to an existing flaw. Any existing flaws will be communicated in the product description so that the reason for the reduced price is understood prior to purchasing.
  • Some of our products are aged antiques, pre-owned, or refurbished. These products may display irregularities in accordance with their age, and are sold with the understanding that this is part of their charm.

Returns:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the wrong garment size was ordered, please return to us within 7 days of purchase.
  • Returned products must be in the same condition of purchase - unworn, unwashed, and including original tags. 
  • Please contact us prior to returning your online purchase, and let us know your reason for return.
  • We can either exchange or refund the item (for non-sale items only).
  • Sale / discounted items may only be exchanged for another item or for store credit, unless they are faulty.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we have received the returned item/s back in-store. Please allow 7 days for a refund to be processed once returned to us.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment type from which you placed the order.
  • Refunds and store credit are less any shipping you paid with your order.
  • For Afterpay exchanges we will process a refund and you will need to repurchase via our website.
  • Return shipping costs for a refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return shipping costs for a refund of faulty items only will be paid in full by us.
  • On occasion we will offer free shipping. If your return formed part of a free shipping deal and you are requesting a refund, free shipping becomes null and void and will be deducted from any refund processed.

Faulty Items:

  • Please contact us if you have a faulty item you wish to return. We would appreciate it if you could please attach photos with your description of the issue.
  • In the instance that you need to send the item back to us, we will cover the courier cost.

IN-STORE Purchases & Returns

Before you purchase:

  • If you need any assistance or have any questions about a particular item, please ask one of our team and we will provide you with the product information / details. 
  • We are also happy to offer you our personal opinion on the item, but it is your responsibility to assess the suitability of the item for your own purposes before you purchase. 
  • We cannot offer a refund if you change your mind. We can offer an exchange or store credit.
  • Please try on clothing items to ensure you are happy with their look and fit.
  • Please take measurements of homeware pieces to ensure the item will fit your space.
  • For health and safety purposes, earrings may not be tried on.

Sale / Discounted Items:

  • Sale / discounted items purchased in-store may not be returned unless faulty. 
  • On occasion we may discount an item due to an existing flaw. Any existing flaws will be communicated prior to sale so that the reason for the reduced price is understood prior to purchasing.

  • We offer an exchange or store credit equivalent to the value of your returned item.
  • We do not offer refunds unless a product is faulty.
  • Sale / discounted items may not be returned unless faulty. 
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • Returned products must be in the same condition of purchase, including tags. 
  • Returns must come with receipt / proof of purchase.

Faulty Items:

  • Please contact us if you have a faulty item you wish to return. We would appreciate it if you could please attach photos with your description of the issue.
