By visiting our physical store or our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change any of the information on this website at any time. You are responsible for checking the current terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Any orders that are cancelled but have been paid for, will receive a full refund.

Currency

Payments Online

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Afterpay are accepted at online checkout.
Express Checkout is available for Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
‘Fashion Hall Limited’ will appear on the cardholder statements for your purchase.

Payments In-store

Visa, Mastercard, and Afterpay are accepted in-store.
American Express is not accepted in-store.
Paywave is available in-store. There is no surcharge for using paywave.

Gift Vouchers

Please contact us if you have a physical voucher that you would like to redeem online. We will create an online gift card to the value of your voucher. You will need to send us a photo of the voucher.
Gift vouchers and vouchers provided as store credit do not expire.
Vouchers that are offered as part of a promotion or special offer may have an expiry date.

Alternative Payment Methods

We do not offer layby.
We can not process sales over the phone.
We will never directly ask you for your credit card information.
In some instances, you may purchase something from us using a bank transfer. We will provide you with our bank details privately. Once we have received your payment, we will process your purchase.

Privacy

When you purchase something from our website, we receive personal information that you provide us such as your name, address, phone number, and email address.
We keep all your personal information private. We will never sell or pass on your contact information to any third parties. We do not record credit card information.

Email Marketing

If you choose to join our mailing list, we will contact you via email regarding new information or promotions.
When you provide your email address during the online checkout process, you are opted in to our mailing list by default. You can opt out of our mailing list by un-ticking the checkbox ‘Email me with news and offers’.
You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any given time. You can do so by clicking 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of our marketing emails, or simply email us and ask to be removed.
Emails regarding the status of your order are not marketing emails.

Product Information & Imagery

We aim to provide accurate imagery and information to best represent all of the products on our website. You are welcome to contact us if you would like more information on a particular product.
We receive product content such as images, descriptions, and sizing/dimensions from our suppliers, who also aim to be as accurate as possible.
Please be aware that photography can be stylised or edited in such a way that may not be exactly representative of the product, particularly when displaying colour.
Please be aware that different screens can impact how colours are displayed.

Intellectual Property

No content or imagery on this website or any of our sales channels may be used without prior written authorisation.
The ‘Hall Concept Store’ brand, logo, website, marketing, graphic design, and photography are subject to copyright and may not be used or copied.
